Yacht Brokers Association, as the data controller, would like to remind that your personal data will be recorded, stored, preserved, and shared with the institutions that are legally authorized to request this personal data, within the framework of the purpose requiring their processing. 2.2 Other Personal Data that the Association/Platform May Receive from Third Parties

Any Personal Data that Association may obtain from other third-party sources, including data from sponsored advertisements that we have on third-party sites, will be processed by Association in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
